National team
The Italian national team are based at the University of Milan and the University of Eastern Piedmont, in collaboration with the University of Turin, Research Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies (IRVAPP), the Centre for Industrial Studies (CSIL) and the Center for Research on Pensions and Welfare Policies (CeRP).
The current team members are:
- University of Milan: Carlo Fiorio.
- University of Eastern Piedmont and Center for Research on Pensions and Welfare Policies: Francesco Figari.
- University of Milan and Polis Lombardia: Sara Maiorino.
- University of Genoa and Regione Liguria: Enrico Attanasio.
- University of Turin and Collegio Carlo Alberto: Giovanni Lorenzi.
- Research Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies: Martina Bazzoli, Sonia Marzadro and Giovanna Scarchilli.
The national team is currently active in the following EUROMOD-related projects:
- Welfare resilience at the onset of COVID-19 pandemic in Italy and Europe: impact on employment, public finance and household incomes financed by Collegio Carlo Alberto.
- CIRCLE - Care and Income Redistributive Cycles in the Lives of Europeans financed by the Joint Programming Initiative “More Years, Better Lives”.
- Analysis of the tax evasion and development of a behavioural microsimulation model, Ministry of Economics and Finance.
- Study on Distributional Impact Assessment, Directorate-General for Employment, social affairs and inclusion.
