New EUROMOD support section

Coinciding with the release of the EUROMOD 2024Q3 package, a new support section has been published in the EUROMOD website. It includes:

• A list of links to the most relevant sections and documents containing information on EUROMOD.
• A completely new technical support section, where users can report bugs and submit questions and suggestions about EUROMOD (quick guide).
• A contact section for further issues.
