Participants can still submit abstracts using the online application form. The official deadline has passed but the conference organizers can receive late submissions at their discretion. The event, hosted by the Austrian Institute of Economic Research (WIFO), will take place in historic state rooms of the University of Vienna.

ORIGINAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The Austrian Institute of Economic Research (WIFO) is organising the 9th World Congress of the International Microsimulation Association (IMA). The event will take place in historic state rooms of the University of Vienna on 8-10 January 2024.

The IMA Congress aims to share knowledge and experience concerning developing and using microsimulation models. It will be of interest to creators and users of microsimulation models in international organizations, governments, academia, and the private sector.

Participants are invited to submit abstracts using the online application form by 30 June 2023. Successful applicants will be notified of acceptance by 15 September, and registrations to the Congress will be open by mid-September.
