At-risk-of-poverty - Poverty line - EUROMOD estimates

The indicators shown here do not necessary coincide with those published by Eurostat. For more information, please see the disclaimer.

The tables show the At-risk-of-poverty (AROP) poverty line, a threshold below which individuals are considered to be at risk of poverty. EUROMOD Indicators use a value relative to the median, which coincides with the Eurostat definition. The poverty line is thus computed as 40%, 50% and 60% of monthly equivalised diposable income and monthly equivalised post-CT disposable income. These poverty lines are used to compute the AROP headcount and the AROP gap.

Results are shown in monthly equivalised values of national currency.

For more information on the economic and socio-demographic concepts used, see the EUROMOD Glossary and the list of breakdown variables.
